Retail Sales Manager

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing retail operations, and building strong customer relationships within the medical device category in DTC channels.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor retail sales staff.
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
  • P&L management to properly and accordingly maximize Gross To Net investment
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners (i.e. pharmacies, medical device shops)
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge across all DTC channels.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, market audits and customer feedback.
  • Provide insights to senior management to guide product development and pricing strategies.
