The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing retail operations, and building strong customer relationships within the medical device category in DTC channels.
Requirements
- Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Recruit, train, and mentor retail sales staff.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
- P&L management to properly and accordingly maximize Gross To Net investment
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners (i.e. pharmacies, medical device shops)
- Ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge across all DTC channels.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, market audits and customer feedback.
- Provide insights to senior management to guide product development and pricing strategies.
