Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a company in the engineering and construction sector, in a role focused on budgeting, generating technical-economic proposals, and commercial development.
What You Will Do
Prepare budgets and technical-economic proposals for current and potential clients, analyze plans, scopes, and technical documentation, draft commercial proposals and presentations, develop new businesses, generate leads, manage commercial opportunities, participate in commercial meetings, conduct market research.

Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering (exclusive)
- Previous experience in budgeting, technical proposals, or commercial roles in architecture, engineering, or construction firms
- Desirable experience of 2 to 3 years in business development or technical commercial functions
- Strong commercial focus and results-oriented
- Good handling of technical documentation and ability to translate it into clear economic proposals
- Communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Autonomous, organized, and prioritization-capable profile
- Intermediate/advanced English level (desirable)
