Role Overview

The Sales Operations Lead supports the Sr. Director, Global Sales Donor Gamete Services and is accountable for designing, governing, and continuously improving the sales operating model through process excellence, data analytics, CRM ownership, forecasting, and workforce management.

What You Will Do

Drive operational support of commercial strategy, design and implement sales process and operational programs, develop and maintain a strong understanding of operational levers for revenue, volumes, and customer behavior, and partner with Marketing, Field Sales, Commercial Enablement and other sales stakeholders to operationalize the “go to market” model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving sales efficiency, and enhancing customer experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive informed operational decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to partner with cross-functional teams
