Director, Business Development

CoreWeave is seeking a Director, Business Development to support its growing Partner Ecosystem. The role will involve forging and leading strategic partnerships with leading infrastructure, cloud, and ISV partners, defining joint strategies and integrations, and driving co-sell motions.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in roles focused on building and leading partnerships in the Data & AI ecosystem with cloud and ISV partners
• Strong understanding of the companies, products, and use cases across AI/ML, cloud, and data, and how they come together in modern AI stacks
• Proven experience leading partnerships with NVIDIA as well as at least one of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Meta, or Google Cloud
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of partner and customer organizations
• Strong project and relationship management skills; ability to work with external stakeholders to launch and grow partnerships successfully
