Coach  – Data Engineer Level 5

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Data Engineering Coach to help experienced professionals grow into confident, credible data engineers through our Level 5 Data Engineering programme. You’ll work with learners who are already in the workplace, helping them connect theory to practice and grow from task-based execution into confident, reflective data engineering professionals.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or closely related role
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, data modelling, batch data pipeline design, and cloud data platforms
• Understanding of data security, privacy, and ethical data use
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting others
• The ability to explain complex ideas clearly and thoughtfully
