Role Overview

The Enablement Marketing Campaigns Manager leads marketing and communications for Cornerstone’s customer education business, connecting Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Enablement, Customer Success, and Community teams through shared planning, clear communications, and coordinated campaigns.

What You Will Do

The role involves owning an integrated marketing calendar, creating campaigns, segmenting and personalizing content, developing positioning and messaging for Cornerstone University and Community programs, and building the foundation for Cornerstone University product marketing.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or program management, with hands-on experience with a marketing automation or journey-orchestration platform, and experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or program management
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or journey-orchestration platform
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with competing priorities and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience building planning systems—such as roadmaps, calendars, playbooks, or frameworks—that support a scalable operating rhythm
• Experience coordinating product launches or release readiness
• Practical experience using AI tools for content creation and personalization
• Comfort with segmentation, campaign data, dashboards, and measurement approaches such as holdout groups and A/B testing
• Strong writing skills and the ability to tailor messaging, tone, and detail to different audiences
• Ability to work regular overlap hours with US-based teams
