Responsible for customer-facing technical engagement across the product lifecycle, ensuring successful design-in, deployment, and adoption of PCS solutions. Key responsibilities include supporting customer co-design and joint development activities, providing product documentation and training, and delivering technical guidance and recommendations.
Requirements
- Support customer co-design activities, field trials, and product evaluations
- Complete on-site investigations of technical and product issues raised by customers
- Act as the primary means of field remediation to resolve technical and quality issues at customer sites
- Support sales demonstrations/presentations at customer sites and trade shows
- Perform training, troubleshooting and field support as needed to ensure successful adoption
- Conduct product evaluations on both Corning and competitor products to support design-in and customer decision-making
- Actively pursue, obtain and report competitive information to Product Line Management, Manufacturing and Sales/Marketing
- Provide technical recommendations and feedback to Sales, Product Line Management, and Manufacturing to solve quality and/or field related issues
- Travel to manufacturing facilities when needed to support cross-functional issue resolution and share customer feedback and technical insights from the field
