Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving new client acquisition across the Irish market. You will work closely with senior sales professionals to identify and engage prospective customers, build strong commercial relationships, and help businesses optimize their international payments and foreign exchange requirements.

Conduct thorough research on target accounts, execute personalized outreach activities, qualify leads, map decision-makers, and schedule high-value sessions for Business Development Managers.

Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and prospecting (SDR/BDR)
- Fearless communicator with strong cold calling, emailing, and building relationships skills
- Tech-adept with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, resilient, and hungry to learn
- Natural networker with strong LinkedIn and social selling skills
