Join our home office team to provide exceptional support to our practices. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will improve and scale revenue-related workflows across the Corus practice network. Work closely with Practice Optimization, Practice Operations, and Accounting to drive improvements and implement standardized financial processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.
- 4–6+ years of experience in practice financial operations, revenue cycle, or healthcare practice administration; experience in a Dental Service Organization (DSO) or Orthodontic Service Organization (OSO) is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and implement operational improvements.
