Financial Analyst 3, Capital Markets & Debt Management

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst 3 supports the organization’s financing, debt management, and rates and regulatory activities. This role provides analytical support for private placement transactions, bond issuances, debt portfolio management, capital planning, and credit rating agency interactions.

Develop financial models, monitor debt compliance, evaluate financing alternatives, and assist with capital market transactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalency
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics
• 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in corporate finance, treasury, debt management, banking, public finance, utility finance, or capital markets
• Experience developing detailed financial models and forecasts
• Experience analyzing debt portfolios, financing alternatives, or capital structures
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
