Role Overview
As a member of the Quick Flex team, you will be responsible for managing suppliers and partners to ensure the highest quality service experience for Coupang’s customers. The team must collaborate with various companies and suppliers, develop operational strategies, and execute plans to continuously optimize delivery services.
What You Will Do
Manage vendors and partners, analyze delivery quality data, provide education and training, track vendors’ transportation needs, and ensure compliance with standard procedures and safety regulations.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, business, purchasing assistance, or customer management
