The ideal candidate will have a dynamic selling background and a passion for creating meaningful, long-term relationships in an energetic sales environment. Responsibilities include prospecting, cultivating relationships, and executing group and catering sales agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
- Proven track record in sales
- Previous hospitality experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel locally and domestic
- Flexibility on evenings and weekends
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Delphi
- Advanced knowledge of sales skills, revenue management, training, and motivation
