Role Overview
Lead operational execution and process optimization across the Enterprise organization, driving scalable sales processes, forecasting operations, pipeline governance, CRM optimization, performance analytics, and operational reporting to support revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Manage Revenue Operations personnel, develop and optimize sales processes, lead operational forecast governance, and develop executive-ready dashboards and KPI reporting.

Requirements
- 7 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, FP&A, or related operational leadership roles supporting Enterprise B2B organizations
- 3 years’ experience leading people, operational initiatives, or cross-functional workstreams in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Minimum: 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or another related field
