Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Inside Sales Representative will receive inbound customer calls, coordinate orders, and provide warranty consideration. The role involves order entry, return goods authorizations, and quotations. The sales coordinator will work closely with the engineering department and outside salespeople to facilitate sales and customer satisfaction.
