Role Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will maximize sales and market penetration within existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end users. You will become a trusted industry resource and product expert within your territory.

What You Will Do

Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings throughout the region. Support projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, and other commercial market segments. Manage a territory spanning Tampa, Sarasota, and surrounding markets. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will reside in the Tampa or Sarasota area, possess a Bachelor’s degree, and have prior outside sales experience. They will have experience selling commercial building products, construction products, architectural products, or related solutions. They will demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
