Role Overview
Supports ongoing Sales education, readiness, reinforcement, and field execution after initial onboarding. Translates business priorities, process changes, product updates, Sales plays, and new tools into practical education and guidance that help Sales teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to apply it effectively with dealers.
What You Will Do
Supports the development and execution of ongoing Sales education and readiness programs for field sellers, leaders, and specialized Sales roles. Translates business priorities and changes into clear, practical education, discussion guides, job aids, coaching support, and field-ready resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Learning & Development, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least three years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Education, Sales Operations, Training & Development, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience developing Sales-facing, business-facing, or role-based education and readiness resources.
- Strong communication, writing, facilitation, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business information into clear, actionable guidance.
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
