Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to actively seek new business opportunities, lead a team of sales representatives & build strong relationships with potential customers.
What You Will Do
Generate leads, present company products, identify prospect needs, develop and implement sales strategies, manage client contracts, track sales performance metrics, lead a team of Business Development Representatives, foster long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements
- Proven work experience of more than 7 years in business development, sales, or a similar managerial role
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach
- Strong experience in product presentation and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategies accordingly
