Business Development Manager – NI & ROI

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (NI & ROI) is responsible for driving profitable growth across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland through the development of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing customer relationships. The role focuses on promoting Cubis Systems’ infrastructure and access solutions to utilities, contractors, consultants, and local authorities, strengthening market presence and delivering aligned regional sales targets.

What You Will Do

Develop and deliver a territory sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets for NI & ROI. Proactively promote the Cubis Systems product portfolio and value proposition to design houses, contractors, and merchants across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role within construction, infrastructure, utilities, or a related B2B environment
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Minimum HNC Engineering or Business, Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across NI & ROI
  • Experience of specification-led or project-based selling
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and planning ability
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and resilient
  • Professional and credible with customers and stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong time and territory management skills
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and proactive
