Aftermarket Sales Manager

Role Overview

Manage the Aftermarket Sales Department to maximize sales of material handling services and parts, and develop sales strategies.

What You Will Do

Recruit, select, train, and counsel direct reports, review accounts receivables, and recommend payment terms.

Requirements

• 5-7 years related experience
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks
• Bachelor degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or related business program (preferred)
• Three to five years product, service, or parts sales experience (preferred)
• Material handling industry experience (preferred)
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
