Marketing Operations Manager

Role Overview

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will run the day-to-day execution that keeps Crusoe’s marketing programs moving. You will build and QA campaigns across Marketo and Salesforce, manage the data flowing between them, and partner with every team in marketing to get programs live accurately and on time.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include building and configuring Salesforce campaigns, building and QAing marketing emails and nurture programs in Marketo, building and maintaining Marketo forms, standing up Marketo programs for webinars and field events, and running data and list imports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing operations or marketing automation experience in B2B environments
• Deep, hands-on Marketo expertise
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
• Demonstrated experience importing and cleaning marketing data at volume
• Practical AI fluency
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience supporting a wide variety of stakeholders
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
