Role Overview
The Area Business Development Manager – Auto Loans will be responsible for business sourcing and relationship management of sourcing channels, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing the end-to-end process of loan disbursement.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities of this role include managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets, empanelling new dealers, ensuring process and documentation compliance, and hiring, training, and developing the sales team.
