Role Overview

Drive business growth by leading state-wide sourcing of Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE) loans, manage frontline sales teams, and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Onboard and manage Dealers & DSAs, evaluate proposals, drive state-level profitability, conduct financial analysis, and maintain a robust business pipeline.
