Business Development Manager – Home Loan | Davangere

The BDM – Home Loan is responsible for driving Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business through both branch channels and direct sourcing, ensuring profitable growth and portfolio quality.

Requirements

• Source Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business via mapped branches and direct channels.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly Meetings, Logins and disbursement targets.
• Train and activate branch teams and other sourcing channels to generate quality leads.
• Own the complete customer lifecycle: sourcing, documentation, disbursement, and service.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory norms.
• Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products (SA/CA/T).
• Maintain portfolio, manage delinquencies and timely closure of PDDs.
• Provide timely updates and insights through MIS and reporting.
