Role Overview

Promote liability products (Current Accounts) to achieve sales targets through direct and indirect channels, while driving cross-sell opportunities and ensuring compliance.

Assist and mentor Sales Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales in executing strategies, drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development, monitor team performance, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve business objectives.
