Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will build and grow your own book of business through outbound sales, relationship development, and consistent pipeline execution. This is a high-activity, high-reward sales role where your success is driven by your effort, consistency, and ability to build trust with customers.
What You Will Do
Prospect and close new business through high-volume outbound sales activity, build and manage long-term relationships with shippers and customers, and coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements
- Background in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or high-volume outbound phone sales
- Experience building a pipeline and closing new business
- Familiarity working in a performance or metrics-driven environment
