What You Will Do
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, validate data accuracy, and prepare reporting for monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, healthcare operations, or a comparable analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data reconciliation, data cleanup, and reporting.
- Intermediate proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, visual design, navigation, filters, publishing, report validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience applying UI/UX principles to dashboards and data files to ensure clear, consistent, and user-friendly reporting.
