Role Overview
Drive market growth and share of Current GE Lamps in the Northeast Region. Partner with existing NEMRA Agent network to support and grow assigned territory. Maintain knowledge on current and new products to educate customers on proper product application.
What You Will Do
Solicit and sign new distribution in territory, establish new accounts, manage established accounts and exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends, pricing, competitive environment and product needs within the territory.

Requirements
- High degree of personal and professional ethical standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology
- A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience selling LED Lamps to technical and executive decision makers
- Strong technical knowledge in lamp technology
- Proven success in consistently exceeding sales quota
- Experience selling to electrical distribution, Grainger, electrical and lighting contractors, facility managers and end users
- Experience cultivating long-term relationships with key decision makers
- History of building strong customer and channel relationships (Agent, Electrical Distributor, end user/contractor) coupled with the market know-how to specify, strategize, and define opportunities.
- Excellent oral and written communication along with strong presentation skills
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Suite and CRM Tools.
- Able to handle various priorities, travel and cover a large territory
- Candidate should currently reside in the territory and understand the market landscape
