Role Overview
Represent Curtiss-Wright in the South-Central territory, developing relationships with customers to support their objectives of improving plant efficiency, reliability, and long-term operation. Align customer needs with Curtiss-Wright’s portfolio of nuclear plant products and services to create new leads and opportunities.
What You Will Do
Act as primary point of contact for Curtiss-Wright within the territory, managing relationships with senior executives, engineers, maintenance, supply chain, and other decision-makers. Develop and execute tailored account strategies to maximize account value through cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.

Requirements
- Ability to gain unescorted nuclear power plant access
- Experience in business development or sales related to the power generation industry
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices
- Knowledge of I&C systems, outage services, and process equipment
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Degree within an Engineering discipline preferred
