Account Manager (Middle Market – West Coast)

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to support our Account Directors in managing large and complex client relationships. This role is pivotal in executing strategic initiatives, fostering strong client and broker relationships, and driving year-over-year retention and growth.

Requirements

• 4-6 Years of Industry Experience
• Strong understanding of health plan market (Group Health Insurance)
• Strong knowledge of Excel functionality for reporting and data analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TEAMs and PowerPoint
• Exceptional communication skills
• 20% Travel required
