Role Overview

The Marketing Operations, Senior Associate will own and execute marketing operations for a portfolio of ‘Next Best Actions’ campaigns that help over 20 million Aetna members get healthier, reduce medical cost, and raise member satisfaction. This role is at the center of operational and project management workstreams in the NYC-based ‘Behavior Change Pods’ agile marketing organization.

What You Will Do

Manage the ‘operational backbone’ of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team delivering educational campaigns to Aetna members, manage trafficking of marketing campaigns, lead cross-functional Campaign Team implementation meetings, and review and approve highly customized test and final proofs across multiple formats and media.

This role requires experience in a marketing operations role in a large corporation, project management, or marketing strategy/operations experience. Familiarity with project workflow management tools and experience working in an Agile methodology is a plus. A passion for healthcare is necessary!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing operations role in a large corporation
  • 2+ years of project management OR 2+ years of marketing strategy/operations experience OR 1-2 years of consulting experience
  • Degree or coursework in Marketing
  • Professional experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
