Requirements

• Training Delivery (Core): Deliver workshops for frontline and managers on service excellence, VIC clienteling, sales and leadership.
• Business Translation: Translate business issues into behavioral standards and training solutions linked to KPIs.
• Content Adaptation: Customize CXG frameworks and localize for APAC.
• Light Consulting Support: Support workshops and provide structured feedback.
