Revenue Operations Manager, GTM Technology & Deal Operations

Cyara is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to own and scale their GTM technology infrastructure and Deal Operations function. The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator who has led complex CRM and CPQ implementations, knows how to direct and get the best out of technical teams, and has partnered closely with sales leadership to drive revenue efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience owning a GTM technology stack
• Strong Salesforce fluency (configuration, data model, reporting, and integrations)
• Demonstrated experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and system migrations
• Hands-on experience leading CPQ implementations
• Proven people management experience
• Strong command of deal execution processes
• Ability to translate complex technical and commercial requirements into scalable systems and processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated project management skills
