Role Overview
National Account Manager role is a critical position that requires understanding business needs, supporting clients, and leading salesforce. The ideal candidate must have a strong aptitude for being a player/coach and leader with a consultative approach.
What You Will Do
Act as a liaison between clients and sales force, deliver results through executing against goals, train and coach sales force, proactively identify issues, and manage to a budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field/equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of retail store management experience
- 5+ years of leading a sales team
- Experience in B2B, door-to-door, and residential sales
- Experience with budgets and budget planning
- Experience driving revenue through indirect sales teams
- Experience with process improvement and consulting
- Bilingual (French) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Products
- Experience managing a P&L
- Valid passport required
