As our Sales and Partner Enablement Manager, you’ll own the content, tools, and programs that equip both our internal sales team and our channel partners to confidently sell and position Cylinder, a virtual health platform for digestive issues.
Requirements
- 3 years in sales enablement, partner enablement, or product marketing in digital health, benefits technology, or B2B healthcare
- Experience with both internal sales teams and external channel partners
- Fluency in employer benefits and health plan sales cycles
- Comfortable translating clinical or technical content into accessible, compelling commercial language
- Proficient in Salesforce or HubSpot; familiarity with content or enablement tools a plus
- Sharp written communicator
