Lead Product Operations Manager (Data)

Role Overview

As a Product Operations Lead, you will drive operational excellence for a cross-functional squad within our R&D organization. You will focus on managing critical initiatives to scale launching and updating machine learning models, support AI-powered features, and improve tooling and best practices for A/B experimentation.

What You Will Do

You will proactively identify and propose solutions for friction points in the product lifecycle, streamline operational workflows, and build positive working relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams.

Requirements

• 6–10 years in product operations, business operations, or program management
• Strong proficiency in problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and first-principles thinking
• Proven ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to grasp a solid understanding of our business and various product strategies
