Role Overview
Dandy is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to support our growing global Business Development organization. This role will be responsible for onboarding, training, coaching programs, content development, and ongoing skill reinforcement focused on outbound prospecting excellence.
What You Will Do
Execute the enablement strategy for the global Business Development organization, own role-specific onboarding programs, build and deliver training focused on cold calling, objection handling, account research, qualification, value positioning, and meeting conversion.

This individual will partner closely with Business Development Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to improve prospecting effectiveness, qualification quality, meeting conversion, and pipeline generation performance across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of combined experience in Sales Enablement and quota-carrying sales roles
- Experience building onboarding and ongoing development programs for prospecting teams
- Experience facilitating virtual and live training sessions for sales teams
- Experience with sales enablement and productivity technologies
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment preferred
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into scalable enablement programs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for developing people, improving performance, and driving measurable business outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
