What You Will Do
Drive profitable growth, develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, act as a solution-oriented partner for customers, and collaborate globally with internal sales, support, and business unit teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- 6-9 years of experience in a technical sales or Senior/Principal Account Manager role, ideally within the hydraulics or off-highway industry
- Self-driven and resilient mindset
- Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
