TPG – Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting Datacom’s internal service lines by delivering operational excellence across technology procurement and product operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, technology vendors, distributors, procurement teams, and accounts teams to ensure business requirements are met efficiently while delivering exceptional service and commercial outcomes.

What You Will Do

Acting as a key point of contact for Datacom service lines, understanding their technology requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions. Managing and processing requests in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales, inside sales, customer service, account coordination, procurement, or technology operations environment.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Sound knowledge of technology products and the broader IT industry.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Understanding of procurement administration processes including ordering, receipting, invoicing, returns, and payments.
