Role Overview
The ROPS Manager of Product is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of products that power DaVita’s Revenue Operations (ROPS). This individual will lead a team to implement and enhance business systems and processes, driving significant improvements across multiple business teams.
What You Will Do
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features and initiatives based on user needs, business value, and strategic priorities, and lead the team in conducting discovery through structured user research, interviews, and journey mapping.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience
- A minimum of 6+ years of applicable work experience
- Experience in product management, consulting, strategy, or operations
- Experience managing other teammates or leading project teams
- Advanced knowledge and experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and with agile methodologies
- Experience in healthcare and/or the revenue cycle
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, or workflow analysis
