We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager of Business Development to drive our long-term payor relationships and growth strategy. As a highly visible, external-facing leader, you will advocate for our Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) value-based care models and directly impact both DaVita’s revenue and the healthcare system at large.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, deal-oriented environments such as healthcare strategy, business/corporate development, or consulting
- Exceptional Executive Presence: Demonstrated gravitas and comfort presenting to, negotiating with, and influencing external Director+ level payor executives
- Strategic Problem Solving: Proven ability to bring structure to complex, ambiguous business challenges
- Effective Communication: Highly skilled at developing crisp, persuasive, and well-formatted presentations (highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel)
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and a “get stuff done” mindset
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
