Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Supervisor of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead the day to day operations of a revenue cycle team. This includes meeting operational metrics objectives established by leadership and directly supervise a team of 10-25 teammates.

What You Will Do

Directly supervise a team of 10-25 teammates, use strong problem solving skills to assist team in issues within the portfolio, and maintain key metrics, manage performance accordingly.

Requirements

  • >2 years related supervisory experience required
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Relevant experience in healthcare revenue cycle preferred
