Role Overview
The Business Development Representative plays a key role in expanding Dayforce’s customer base by generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from scratch and initiating conversations with decision-makers to drive meetings or event attendance.
What You Will Do
Build rapport and nurture relationships via phone, LinkedIn, and email using a multi-touch, long-term approach. Collaborate with 3-4 Sales Representatives to strategically target accounts and uncover opportunities for Dayforce’s solutions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We value a highly adaptable, driven, and goal-oriented attitude. Experience with Salesforce.com Lightning or similar CRM systems is a plus. Prior experience working with or selling to senior HR or C-level executives is a strong plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- Strong skills in prospecting, needs analysis, and developing sales opportunities
- Fluent/ Native German Speaker
- Proven ability to perform against a territory plan and achieve goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Experience with Salesforce.com Lightning or similar CRM systems
