Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Executes all point-of-sale and customer service functions while supporting store operations and driving sales through in-store and phone interactions.

Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, actively sell company merchandise, and build positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Acceptable driving record in accordance with company and insurance standards
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
• Ability to write basic communications
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages accurately
