Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will support sales operations and initiatives across the Wholesale channel, spearheading communication between departments and leading initiatives to drive growth across key retail accounts. This role will be responsible for architecting and delivering enablement frameworks, including tools, processes, and resources, to maximize channel success. Strategic travel is a component of this role to conduct high-level partner site visits, represent the company at major industry trade shows, and align with executive leadership at corporate meetings.
What You Will Do
The Sales Operations Manager will operate as a liaison between the Wholesale division and other AGB divisions, manage Strategic Partner budgets, lead sales strategy and planning, oversee and manage CRM, continuous improvement of data usage, development of dashboards and KPI tracking, and manage and optimize reporting analytics and KPIs.
