Associate, Product Operations

Role Overview

The Associate Product Operations role at HungerStation is an Individual Contributor (IC1) position within the Product Operations department of the Product division, reporting directly to the Product Operations Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to optimizing the overall user experience, enhancing operational processes, and supporting product managers in achieving HungerStation’s core objectives (ABCs).

What You Will Do

Support senior team members through analytical tasks, research, and information gathering. Reactively advise stakeholders on product usage and resolving routine stakeholder requests and bugs through cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• Emirati’s (having a Family Book)
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• practical understanding of API technology
• API testing tools (such as Postman)
• XML/JSON technologies
• data analysis tools
