Manager, Growth Strategy – Quick Commerce

Delivery Hero is seeking a Manager, Growth Strategy – Quick Commerce to own QC Growth performance across markets, develop and execute growth strategies, and partner with local growth and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
• 5+ Years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, strategy, consulting, or tech-driven business
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
• Strong prioritization skills and pragmatic 80/20 problem-solving approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is a plus
