As a Senior Account Manager, you will have a key role in the Glovo Partners team, ensuring partner engagement and retention, and defining the monetization strategy and execution for all partner segments.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering (plus)
- Relevant experience leading cross functional teams with 4+ people and excellent in stakeholder management
- Native Spanish Language is a must, English skills is a plus
- Strong Commercial skills and customer obsession: persuasive and good at selling
- Project management: finding smart solutions to complex challenges
- A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data
- You’re extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
