As a Senior Account Manager, you will ensure partner engagement and retention in Glovo by growing the number of orders and generating additional revenue. You will establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners, evaluate and follow up on team portfolio and KPIs, and draw and execute plans to make partners grow through promos, marketing activations, and menu performance.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering is a plus
- Native Spanish Language is a must, English skills is a plus
- Strong Commercial skills and customer obsession
- Good judgment and assertiveness
- Data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Project management skills
