Regional Business Development Executive (Senior)

Dentons is a global law firm seeking a Senior Regional Business Development Executive to support the Africa Region’s clients and markets activity.

Requirements

• 4–5 years’ relevant experience in business development, marketing or communications, ideally within professional services or a legal environment.
• Strong written and organisational skills; experience coordinating across multiple offices or jurisdictions.
• Strong administration background
• Excellent proficiency in English; French is a considerable advantage.
• A passion for providing data driven insight
• Enthusiastic about adding rigour and precision to processes, detail oriented, solution focused
• Genuine, transparent, methodical approach with strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, defining and adhering to procedure
• A team player who is engaged, approachable and accessible, provides reliable and responsive service, meets deadlines
• Solutions orientated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills; can identify and explain a problem and suggest practical solutions
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands, to respond to ad hoc requests alongside critical or time-bound deliverables
• Self-motivated and resilient in a dynamic work environment with the ability to work proactively without daily supervision
• Professional services firm experience is an asset
