Manager, SEO & AI Discovery

Role Overview

As a Manager, SEO & AI Discovery at Merkle, you will lead SEO strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, setting program direction, owning complex audits and recommendations, and translating search performance into business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Lead SEO strategy across assigned accounts, serve as the day-to-day search lead, own complex SEO / AI audits and analyses, develop measurement frameworks, turn data into decisions, create actionable recommendations, and lead technical SEO workstreams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive SEO experience
• Strong technical SEO capability
• Demonstrated capability in SEO analysis and measurement
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools
• Ability to build clear, persuasive client deliverables
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience leading client conversations
• Working knowledge of AI Search
• Strong project and workstream ownership
• Comfort mentoring consultants and staff consultants
